Gorgeous Garments' Spreadsheets.


Gorgeous Garments uses spreadsheets to better our finance and accounting department. We record our inventory and document how much equipment, material and labor, we bought and how much was used. We also record our budget and cost production at the end of the each year, we use the spreadsheet to match our cost to our revenue to determine whether the company broke-even. 

The spreadsheet makes accounting easier because human errors are easily detected. It helps us to record our inventory and manage our capital, properly. Through the budget, the sales managers have a set target and this helps them work efficiently towards a common goal.

The spreadsheet helps increase organization in the company because data is stored in an easily accessible manner.  The financial records on the spreadsheet are also stored permanently and can be retrieved at any time for future use. For example, to compare profits of over the years.
